Using our research-based, action-oriented consulting process, we work with your leaders and the organization to improve communications and manage change through a broad range of communications, change management, and training products and services. Our three offerings include:

Communication Re-Engineering

We assess your current and desired communications, and use the results to plan and execute action to reengineer how you communicate up, down, across 

the organization. This ensures that internal stakeholders are aligned, engaged, and productive, and external stakeholders are informed and supportive.

Change Management

We conduct a full-range of change management assessments to define your current/future state and change needs, develop change plans, and deliver change tools that achieve adoption of the desired future state with the least resistance and in the shortest amount of time.

Leadership Training

We train your leaders to stay balanced and aligned across situations so that they appear confident, competent, and credible during in-person and electronic meetings, as well as media interviews.

Alan W. Wright Ph.D.

Co-founder & Senior Consultant

Dr. Wright is a strategic communications and change management expert with a passion and talent for improving organizational communication so that leaders can more effectively engage employees, manage change, and attain strategic goals. 

He is expert at: guiding employees through a change in strategy, leadership, culture, or technology; partnering with leaders to improve communications up, down, and across the organization; and increasing employee alignment and engagement with company vision, mission, values, goals, roles, and culture.

 

As a consultant for Accenture, Ernst & Young, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, and others, he has delivered more than 50 successful change management, communications improvement, culture transformation, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and IT implementation projects for Fortune 500 clients in almost every industry. 

Alan has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University, an M.A. in Public Relations from Pepperdine University, and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Oregon. He has also taught communication and leadership courses at Chapman University and Michigan State University.

Dean Kazoleas, Ph.D APR

Co-founder & Senior Consultant

Dr. Dean Kazoleas has extensive consulting experience with organizations in the public and private sectors. Dean specializes in strategic communications, public relations, and issue/crisis management.

From a research perspective Dean has completed a wide variety of organizational assessment projects such as: communication audits, image assessments, leadership skill assessments, as well as culture, customer, and employee satisfaction surveys. Additionally, Dean has also assessed and developed crisis management plans.

Dean holds B.S.and MA Degrees in Communication from Arizona State University, a Ph.D. in Communications from Michigan State University and has published articles on public relations, corporate communication, crisis management, and organizational image.

He currently holds the rank of Full Professor of Communications at California State University, Fullerton. Internationally, he was the founding Director of the Maxwell Center for International Communications. and has taught and developed programs in many countries. Finally, Dean has also served the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) as a chapter president, District Chair, and chair of PRSA’s Educators Academy.
